  • Recommended Daily Dosage:

    • Under 10kg – ½ scoop daily / (150g pack lasts approx. 8 weeks)

    • 10–20kg – 1 scope daily / (150g pack lasts approx. 4 weeks)

    • Over 20kg – 2 scoop daily / (150g pack lasts approx. 2 weeks)

    1 scoop =  5 grams
