Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

For health and safety compliance, returned products must remain in their original packaging, completely unused, and in the exact condition you received them. Additionally, a valid receipt or alternative proof of purchase is mandatory to qualify for a return.

Refunds

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site that have been damaged in transit, please inspect the product as soon as you receive delivery. 

Refunds do not apply for goods that have been opened or used.

If you happen to choose the incorrect item, please reach out to us so we can assist with arranging a return, allowing you to place a separate order for the correct item.
